I AM SHOWING UP FOR MY LIFE...

So today and every day after that, I AM SHOWING UP FOR MY LIFE!!! I am showing up for myself, my children, my husband, and, my family. This is how I choose to start this chapter of my life, by asking myself every day How will you show up for your life today??? As we start this new adventure in our lives, I wanted to share how my insecurities have put so much doubt in my vision for this website, blog, and podcast. It wasn’t until last week that I hear a podcast with Rachel Hollis that I understood why I should do it, I then realized that I am not doing this for the approval of others, that I should not worry about how others will feel, this is about ME following my heart and my vision for this project. I have to do this for myself. Many years have passed where I only wanted approval from others, and to realize at the ripe age of 42 that my approval is the one I need has been an eye-opener. To look back and see that for 42 years I wanted the approval of my mother, my sisters, my children, my husband, and not for one minute did I take the time to say “What about ME???” do I approve of my own choices, am I happy with the life I am living, and after a long road and some soul searching I understood I need to live my best life. I’m ready to show up for my life!
